THE TEAM:

CRAIG KELLY – MANAGING DIRECTOR


With over 16 years of experience in the industry in a multitude of roles, including supervisory and line management roles at various events.

To date, Craig has worked at a range of events, including Big Chill festival, V Festival, Isle of Wight Festival, Blackdeer Festival, 2012 Olympic Flame Relays, Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2014, HM Queen Diamond Jubilee, the ATP Tennis World Finals in the O2, the 2014 NATO Summit in the Celtic Manor Newport, Queens Club Tennis Tournament, ICC Cricket World Cup, Brighton Pride, Pride in London (Soho), Pride in London (Start of Parade), Pride in Gloucester (Security Manager), Llanelli Pride (Stage Security Manager), Llanelli Christmas Parade, Various concerts of high profile music stars, and at high profile locations including Wembley Stadium, Buckingham Palace, Finsbury Park, Celtic Manor Resort, The Brit Awards at Earls Court and at The O2, Manchester City football stadium, Red carpet events, Football matches at Premier League and Championship League grounds as well as international matches, other sporting events, and Trafalgar Square to name a few

THOMAS CRANE – OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Tom joined the industry as a steward and became a qualified SIA licenced door supervisor within a short space of time. Tom has previous management experience in another company within the industry, and when he was approached to take on the role of Senior Operations Manager in CSCM, he jumped at the opportunity, which resulted in Tom’s current role.

Tom has completed several courses such as operations management course, NVQ level 2 in spectator safety, fire marshal, basic life support (BLS) and counter terrorism (ACT) whilst full time at university studying to become a Cardiac physiologist.
